🧰 The hot tub is professionally serviced weekly on Wednesdays, usually between 10 AM–12 PM. The technician enters the backyard and is typically finished in about 20 minutes.

The thermostat is in the middle of the hall. Tap it to bring up the controls, then tap the up/down arrows to adjust. Please don't run the fan "on" while the wood stove is burning.
The laundry room is next to the garage door. Hold the washer's start button down until it beeps. Please leave the washing machine open when not in use, and set the dryer to "most dry."
Power on with the upper-left button on the remote. Use your personal log-ins for streaming — and remember to log out before you leave Faithful Oaks.
Firewood is on the patio or side of the house. Never add non-burnable items such as plastics. Keep the stove door closed at all times, and keep everything — including lighters — off the top of the stove.
Connect your laptop to either dedicated monitor via the docking station's USB-C cable. Please don't remove the monitors or cables from the desks.
